My client based Teesside are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a permanent, part time basis.
The successful candidate will be experienced in Sage and ideally Xero, along with Microsoft Excel.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Purchase ledger
* Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
* Invoice queries
* Posting payments
* Banking
* Reconciliations
* Remittances
* Supplier queries
* Setting up customer accounts
* Payroll cover
* Payment runs
* Nominal codes
* CIS subcontractor payments
* Credit cards
* Multi currency - GBP/USD/Euro
