Job Description
3. Contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy by working as an integral part of the People Team and the organisation.
4. Support People Partners and CPO with first-line support enquiries about people-related queries and issues.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date colleague records and HR databases.
6. Monitor and respond to people queries in the dedicated People inbox within agreed SLAs.
7. Deliver a first-class HR service to the organisation.
8. Complete onboarding for all new colleagues in the organisation.
9. Benefit Administration.
10. Provide general admin support to the People Team including the CPO.
11. Keep our internal Intranet up to date.
12. Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by senior management.
13. Assist in the communication and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
14. Support the performance review process, including gathering feedback and ensuring that people leaders submit their reviews on time.
15. Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs and workshops.
16. Support compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
17. A degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
18. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
19. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
20. Strong organisational and time-management abilities
21. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
22. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
