* Take ownership of requirements gathering, solution design, and guide junior team members.
* Perform gap analyses and create detailed workflows or process maps.
* Facilitate workshops and foster team collaboration, engaging with relevant business units and building key relationships.
* Partner with technical teams to design and evaluate solutions.
* Define success metrics and conduct post-implementation reviews.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends, creating dashboards and reports to present key insights.
More about you:
Experience: 5-7 years in business analysis or similar roles, ideally within financial services, e.g fund finance, or an investments environment would be ideal for the position.
Core Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Expertise in business process modeling and data visualisation tools.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Tableau, Power BI or SQL, as well as familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Strong Leadership, a self-starter and adaptability to changing business environments.
