Financial Reward Analyst
We are seeking to appoint a Financial Reward Analyst to join a skilled Reward team responsible for managing benefits, bonuses, and pay reviews across the organisation. In this role, you will provide essential analytical and administrative support to the Reward Manager, focusing on data manipulation, financial analysis, and benefits management to ensure efficient and effective reward processes.
This position will play a crucial role in supporting upcoming projects, including the annual bonus review, annual pay review, annual leave carryover review, new benefit implementation and monthly benefits administration.
Advanced Excel skills are key, as much of the work involves detailed data analysis and handling multiple data sets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Administer the organisation's bonus schemes, including preparing bonus letters for new joiners, managing individual entitlements, pro-rating, and creating payment files for Finance and Payroll.
* Support the annual pay review process by creating and distributing pay review sheets, collating and analysing pay data, identifying anomalies, and reviewing recommendations for non-standard pay increases.
* Manage holiday trading requests, supporting the setup of benefits administration for new members and handling general benefit enquiries.
