Program Services Coordinator – Join Our Team
Location: London (UK) – Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day remote)
Salary: Up to £29K

What you’ll be doing:
As a Program Services Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our ships and ensuring seamless operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for Cruise Managers, Local Hosts, and Suppliers, handling a variety of responsibilities, including:
Key Responsibilities
* Operational support for assigned ships.
* Being first point of contact for Cruise Managers and Local Hosts for day-to-day operational business.
* Communicating last-minute changes to Suppliers, Cruise Managers, Local Hosts, and ships as needed.
* Liaising with Suppliers on expected participation levels and services needed per cruise whilst readjusting them accordingly when required.
* Controlling the quality and performance of our Suppliers, Cruise Managers and Local Hosts (assigned ships).
* Following up on quality of services and following up on Cruise Managers and Local Hosts tour report service feedback (assigned ships).
* Covering emergency duties/phone (including weekends) as required on a rotational basis.
* Communicating with our international offices/teams to successfully deliver Uniworld cruises/products.
* General administrative duties, which can include but not limited to, invoicing queries, deviations, special events/activities, and daily operation delivery for your allocated ships.
* Special assignments and projects as delegated to you.
About You
* Minimum 2 years in operations, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
* Familiarity with the cruise industry and European rivers/cities is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with shipboard staff, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Excellent organizational and IT skills (MS Office proficiency required; experience with MarineXchange (MXP) is a bonus).
* Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional European languages like German, French, or Italian are advantageous.
* A proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously.
* Proof of the right to work in the UK.
* A passion for delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
