Join our team as a Customer Service professional. You will be responsible to check all customer orders in the agreed KPI with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all orders are managed through the company in the agreed KPI, and customers are proactively communicated to in an accurate and timely manner from point of order through to point of delivery. Working closely with the Production Manager, addressing customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions. Strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
• Check all orders created by the Customer Support Team, with a high level of attention to detail, providing feedback and coaching where corrections are needed.
• Utilising reporting and working with the Production Planning Team to ensure there is an accurate log of all orders by status.
• Responsible for sending all order confirmations within the agreed KPI.
• Address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions. Strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
• Attending weekly production meetings, working with the production planning supervisor to ensure all orders are on track with the promised delivery date, highlighting any concerns to the Production Manager and Customer Support Manager.
• Communicate professionally with customers on the phone and via e-mail.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers, to build upon DW Windsor’s reputation.
• Ensure that you understand and are familiar with your responsibilities and duties as contained by the companies Quality Manual and Health and Safety Procedures.
• Undertake such additional tasks and duties as maybe required.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
• Exceptional communication skills, and interpersonal skills (written, verbal and in person).
• Highly organised with ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Excellent level of attention to detail, and accuracy of work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
• Experience working with Jira, Epicor and Salesforce is highly desirable.
