We are recruiting for band 3 Health care Support Worker to a 16 bed Community Hospital in Dufftown.
Stephen Community Hospital serves the Locality of Speyside and the surrounding areas, we also provide care to patients from the wider Community localities. We provide ongoing rehabilitation to patients ready to move from the Acute Health Care settings Dr Grays and Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. We provide care for palliative patients, patients waiting for care at home and a variety of day case procedures which can include blood transfusions, MS daycases, other infusions and Intravenous antibiotic therapy.
The workload and patient groups are diverse and will provide opportunities to develop knowledge and skills. Full support is given with professional development and support is provided by the Practice Education Team located in Dr Gray’s Hospital.
You will have the opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, who are all committed to delivering high quality, safe, person centred care.
