Job Title: Call Centre Agent
Location: Harlow
Salary: £23, plus performance-related bonus's
Hours: Monday to Friday, shift patterns of 8am to 4pm or 10am to 6pm

Responsibilities:
6. Process inbound calls and provide exceptional service
7. Collect overdue debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with client criteria
8. Identify any instances of vulnerability and take appropriate actions
9. Liaise with other departments and field staff as necessary
10. Conduct outbound calls
11. Update system with accurate call notes and complete associated actions
12. Handle account queries and verbal complaints, escalating complex cases to senior staff
13. Follow established collections processes and procedures
14. Assist with any duties as directed by a Team Leader or Manager
