Your new role
This role will focus on supporting client partners in managing their portfolio regarding financials. You will be providing financial and operational support in various ways by developing relationships with key contacts, managing the billing and cash collection process and supporting fee growth. This fee growth will be underpinned by providing regular insight into agreed rates, profit analysis, strategic pricing support and reporting against estimates throughout the lifecycle of the case.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and ideally have experience in transactional finance/credit control or in financial analysis. Ideally, you would have exposure to working in a professional services business and experience managing an external client service previously. You will have excellentmunication skills and be able to build rapport with stakeholders for lasting relationships. You will be proactive in your approach and be able to self-manage.
