Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Newcastlebased within the Child Protection team at the daily rate of £231.14 (Umbrella) and £181.02 (PAYE). To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Primary Responsibilities as a Child Protection Social Worker:
5. Managing a diverse caseload of Children which coverers Child Protection, Child in Need and sometimes Children within Proceedings. The level in proceedings can be discussed
6. Attending to Section 47 enquiries
7. Completing Single Assessments
8. Completing Risk Assessments
9. Completing Parenting assessments
10. Working collaboratively with other professionals/agencies to meet the identified needs of children, young people and their families including the Police and Education Services
11. Completing work under the Public Law Outline (PLO)
12. Completing Court reports/Assessments
What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
13. Social Work England registration
14. Eligible to work in the UK
15. Hold a full UK license
16. Post-qualified experience
17. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
