Description
1. Handle payroll processing for all employees accurately and timely.
2. Collaborate with the HR department for any changes affecting payroll.
3. Prepare regular payroll reports for management.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations.
5. Respond to employee queries relating to payroll.
6. Coordinate with the finance team for payroll-related financial tasks.
7. Assist in the review and improvement of payroll systems and processes.
8. Participate in audits relating to payroll and employee data.
Profile
1. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in payroll systems and financial software.
3. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and practices.
4. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
