About the Role:
As Locality Team Manager, you will lead a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers, overseeing the delivery of crucial services. You will provide strategic direction, ensure high standards of practice, and foster collaboration within a multi-agency framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers to deliver effective social work and early help services.
Ensure quality of practice through regular assessments, planning, and service reviews.
Manage team performance, ensuring compliance with standards and value for money.
Develop and coordinate partnerships within and outside the service.
Contribute to local service development and improvements, playing a key role in strategic planning.About You:
We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in Children's Services. You should have proven leadership skills, the ability to manage change, and experience in fostering effective partnerships. A recognised social work qualification and current registration with Social Work England are essential for this role.
