9. Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons
10. Providing support to students with diverse learning needs
11. Facilitating small group activities and discussions

Secondary Teaching Assistant – requirements
14. Graduate with a 2:1 or higher (from a top UK university)
15. A passion for education and a desire to support student learning
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
17. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
18. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
19. Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential
