* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and treatment planning for adults with complex mental health needs.
* Oversee care delivery as the Responsible Clinician, ensuring patient-centred and recovery-focused interventions.
* Mentor and support junior doctors and allied health professionals, fostering team development and best practices.
Parkway Centre, Havant:
* Lead psychiatric care within the community, focusing on integrated, holistic support for adult patients.
* Engage in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service outcomes and patient experience.
* Work collaboratively with team members to manage risk, provide clinical oversight, and support professional growth.

* MRCPsych or recognised equivalent
