Meaning… We are now looking for a Customer Service and Operations Manager to head up their team Chepstow!
The Customer and Operations Manager will report to the General Manager, driving the team to deliver the best service, and achieve results. You must be consistent, commercially astute and be able to apply intelligence and broader understanding of the business. It is essential this person has a hands-on approach, good under pressure, punctual, and flexible to influence the team, and uphold the company’s admirable reputation.

1. Delegating tasks and projects, to get tasks completed to the best ability
2. Recruiting, onboarding and training of new team members
3. Evaluating team KPI’s and individual performances
4. Preparing and reviewing analytics and reports of service performance
