Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs? If you're dedicated to helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students with a range of special educational needs (including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism) in their learning and development.
2. Assist students in both classroom and community settings to help them reach their educational and personal goals.
3. Foster an inclusive environment that promotes equality, respect, and positive learning experiences.
4. Encourage independence and support students' social and emotional development through a variety of activities.
5. Work alongside teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support, including personal care and physical interventions when necessary.

11. Hold a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
12. Are keen to pursue further qualifications and training, fully funded by us.
