Description and requirements
We are looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to join our Building team based in Tewkesbury, to provide functional Health & Safety advice, guidance and coaching to Project Teams. The role will also involve supporting multiple different projects on a business needs basis to assist the resident H&S Managers.

This is a key role in establishing and maintaining the highest Health and Safety standards for the Project and assist in the development of an Injury-Free Environment.
You’ll:
1. Advise, guide and coach all personnel on the project with the implementation of the Health & Safety Management System (HSMS)
2. Be responsible to the Project Manager / Director for maintaining the Health & Safety competence matrix
3. Support the Project Manager / Director in the production, review and implementation of the Construction Phase Plan / Project Execution Plan
4. Monitor the project, trade contractors, designers, suppliers and assisting the Procurement Team
5. Liaise with trade contractors, designers, suppliers, client, enforcement agencies and other relevant parties
6. Support the business to win work. When directed complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and tender enquiries.
We’re looking for:
7. Previous experience in relevant field of Construction (multi-storey large commercial and mixed use projects, schools etc)
8. The candidate must be able to obtain security clearance
9. NEBOSH Construction Certificate
10. Technician grade membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH) or above
11. Working towards chartered membership of IOSH – CMIOSH
