Due to significant growth, RE:GEN Group is looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to assist with the continued growth of the Yorkshire portfolio. As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the continued success of the business, bringing your expertise to a variety of planned maintenance projects, including kitchen and bathroom schemes, retrofit/decarbonisation initiatives, and voids. You will need: Proven experience with social housing contractors in fast-paced operational environments. Experience of leading diverse operational teams across multiple contracts, customers and projects. A proven, inspiring leader with a dynamic approach and commercial acumen. The ability to work closely with commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
