As part of our business strategy, we’re focused on expanding our Secondary division and are keen to bring a dedicated Secondary Manager into the business to drive that forward.

Salary: c£35,000 - £45,000 DOE +
- Excellent uncapped individual commission structure – no thresholds

About The Role
As Secondary Team Leader you will build on Flourish Education’s already well-developed presence in the education sector. This role will manage a small existing secondary team of 2, leading on sales and business growth whilst supporting your team’s personal and professional development.
You will be responsible for:
Building and managing an exemplary Secondary desk – 360 recruitment
Lead on divisional growth and development – identifying both new business and opportunities to maximise existing business
Provide leadership for a small team of dedicated Recruitment Consultant – developing skills through training, mentoring and support alongside our L&D team.
Drive performance management through clear KPI’s, SMART goals, quarterly / annual 1:1 meetings - Ensuring your team are on track and aware of expectations in line with company standards
Establish a personal brand, utilizing social channels to build networks and position yourself as a thought leader within your market
Weekly visits with schools for service reviews, briefings or to congratulate our Flourish Champions
Ensure both you and your team meet our compliance standards for candidate registration
Keep up to date with market/sector knowledge and encourage and support your team to do the same

About You:
Essential:
- Existing experience within an agency recruitment Team Leader / Managing Consultant role or similar
- Experience within a supply / temp / contract market
- Driving license and car
Desirable:
- Education experience is attractive but not necessarily essential
- CRM – Bullhorn preferred

Comprehensive training
Whether you are new to recruitment or have years of experience, all new starters undertake comprehensive training to ensure they recruit “the Flourish way”. Every new starter receives a 100-day plan and is thoroughly supported through the probationary period.
Hours
Our term time hours are 7 / 7.30am – 4.30 / 5.00pm and reduced hours during school holidays 8:00am – 3:00pm.
Our office is based in Northfield with excellent local transport links so is easily commutable from most areas of Birmingham including Kings Norton, Cotteridge, Stirchley, Selly Oak, Bartley Green, Longbridge and Quinton as well as Bromsgrove and Redditch.
