We are looking for an experienced HR administrator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to join a respected charity organisation in Brighton. This is an office based, temporary position and the working hours for this role will be 37.5 hours per week. The pay rate for this role is £14.22 per hour.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in high volume onboarding and a background working in HR. Previous experience working in the charity sector is desirable.
As a HR administrator you will:
* Answer inbound calls
* Proof read, scan and file employees documents
* Onboard high volume employees
* Have experience of using HRIS and ATS
* General administration duties
* Maintain confidentiality and remain professional at all times
