We are recruiting for am Office Administrator on contract to be based in our client's Bolton office.
Our client are looking for a general office Administrator with SAP experince
What we are looking for:
* Good understanding of configuration control and asset management principles and systems.
* MS Office - Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to generate technical material.
* Supportive, helpful approach and a calm and professional manner, even when under pressure or requirements are changed at the last minute.
* An awareness of budgetary management would be useful.
* Knowledge of SAP
The Role:
1. Providing technical administration support to the Team to ensure programmes are met to agreed time, cost and quality requirements.
2. Updating and controlling company equipment records, including archiving and transfer activities.
3. Carrying out costing activities alongside the engineers.
4. Supporting the team by generating and updating technical documentation such as calibration specifications and proving documents.
5. Processing of facility documentation including configuration control and external visitor paperwork.
6. Liaising with Design and Manufacturing Engineering on equipment documentation issues.
7. Assisting in periodic competency monitoring checks on engineering certification documentation.
