Park’s Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to take up an position as Warranty Administrator covering sites in the Lanarkshire area.
About the role:
You will administer our warranties supporting our branches and its customers and clients through the various services we provide for our manufacturers.
Detailed Responsibilities:
✔ Preparing, qualifying & submitting claims to manufacturer’s accurately & efficiently for all the branch according to the brand’s procedures
✔ Select claims to support key work streams and deliver commercial effectiveness
✔ Preparation of claim forms and supporting material for all branches within expiry timeframes
✔ Ensuring maximum return from all our manufacturers for all warranty work including the issue of credit notes and associated paperwork
✔ Input/update/monitoring and management of all manufacturer’s warranty payments
✔ Input/update/monitoring and return of warranty parts to our manufacturers and reconciliation of all warranty schedules
✔ Input/update/monitoring of warranty submissions, credits, rejections and customer contributions towards goodwill claims
✔ Develop relationships with other staff members, specialist repairers and manufacturers’ representatives
✔ Manage, maintain and share updated knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation
✔ Ensure all processes, time constraints & procedures are adhered too
✔ Support needs of other Park’s staff members on all warranty related matters
✔ Provide warranty support at designated branch whenever required
✔ Follow warranty processes and compliance with the manufacturer’s warranty manual
Key Abilities and Skills Required:
✔ You will be able to display knowledge in warranty administration gained from your experience
✔ Able to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately
✔ As Warranty Administrator it is essential to be friendly but convey a professional manner and able to demonstrate integrity, discretion and objectivity
✔ Able to meet our various branches deadlines without compromising on the quality of work
✔ Ensure communication levels undertaken for cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues
✔ Able to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, the client base and the manufacturers, through the use of rapport building techniques & empathy
✔ Expertise on Kerridge system, manufacturer systems & Microsoft packages is essential
✔ High level of attention to detail
✔ Ability to present data to all levels of staff and management
