Rochdale and District Mind (RDM) are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead the further development of the Living Well model, which puts Lived Experience at the centre of mental health care within the community.
The Lived Experience Manager will lead the RDM Living Well Team, as part of a multidisciplinary service made up of professionals coming from the Voluntary, Statutory, Health and Social Care sectors. Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading strategy, process management and implementation of the Living Well model through the promotion of lived experience and the voice of the voluntary sector;
* Responsibility for delivering to service outcomes, monitoring and reporting data for delivery and contractual requirements;
* Supporting the implementation of wellbeing based outcome tools such as the WEMWBS, PHQ, REQOL and GAD and others as required for the team.

We are seeking candidates with the vision to establish a new service, working with support from senior leaders at Rochdale District Mind along with experience of;
* managing a team of staff delivering mental health or emotional wellbeing services, and of delivering service outcomes;
* working as part of a multidisciplinary service including professionals from the voluntary, health and social care sectors;
