Location: Slough, Ascot or Camberley (50% Remote)
Salary: Up to £54,931 + 20% + pension
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Philanthropy Manager with a proven track record of success and achievement. If you are motivated by a cause that has a positive impact to a wide range of people, this could be a great fit.
Overview:
Working for a well regarded and top performing NHS Trust, you will lead and drive strategic efforts to build and nurture relationships within Major Donors, Trusts, Foundations, Legacy and Grateful Giving.
A typical week:
* Maximise income & meet annual targets
* Develop & implement a multi-year strategy
* Deliver strategic plans for donor engagement
* Management of Philanthropy Officer
You'll need the following:
* Senior philanthropy/major gifts experience
* Proven in high value relationship giving
* Track record of achieving income targets
* A confident networker & influencer (internal & external)
