Job Description
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team, primarily focusing on the middle stages of the conveyancing process (after onboarding and before completion). You will work on various files, including sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold transactions, with the opportunity to manage a small caseload with supervision from the Conveyancing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting with the legal process in conveyancing transactions
* Managing files for sales, purchases, freehold, and leasehold properties
* Supporting the team from onboarding to completion
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

About You:
\n
* 12 months of experience as a Conveyancing Assistant, Junior Conveyancing Fee Earner, or Conveyancing Paralegal
* Ability to handle a small caseload with appropriate support
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable working under supervision and independently
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
