AVIATION SECURITY SUPERVISOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR Required!
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an AVIATION SECURITY SUPERVISOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR to work for one of our prestigious clients at Stansted Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global industry leader within the Private Aviation sector, with candidates being responsible for screening and servicing high end clients.
1. Pay: £13.25ph
2. Hours: Must be flexible between the hours of 04:00 – 23:00
3. Weekly Hours: Minimum 20 per week
4. Shift: Must be available 7 days per week
5. Rotas given on a weekly basis for incoming flights
6. Chance of overtime with 24 hour notice, in line with customer demands
7. Location: Stansted Airport
8. Duration: Ongoing, Temporary to Permanent

Role & Requirements of an AVIATION SECURITY SUPERVISOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR:
You will be working with clients within the private aviation industry, where the customers enjoy and expect an exceptional experience. Every flight is uniquely tailored to suit their VIP and CIP demands.
18. Direct Supervisory Responsibility for a team of Security Officers / Customer Service Agents.
19. Ensure compliance with airline, company, and regulatory policies and procedures.
20. Regularly check aviation security equipment.
21. Report accidents, near misses & incidents.
22. Promote safe working practices and adhere to standard operating procedures.
23. Assist with airport/airline station emergencies.
24. Maintain staffing levels with the assistance of the HR dept.
25. Complete future schedules.
26. Accommodate client staffing requests.
27. Manage employee attendance & breaks.
28. Communicate with Client reps.
29. Manage daily schedules & reports.
30. Perform basic admin and payroll functions (if applicable).
31. Communicate with other Supervisors and the Security Manager.
32. Set positive, professional example.
Please note: Due to the nature of our business, we are regulated by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), therefore it is compulsory for all applicants to provide or be willing to obtain the following:
33. Be willing to apply for a Criminal Record Check (Paid for by us!)
34. Have a full 5-year checkable history (Obtained for you by us!)
35. Be able to provide a full 5-year address history
36. Have an in date and valid Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, ID Card etc)
37. Be willing to attend Aviation Security Training Courses
38. Must have resided within the UK during the last 3 years and be willing to complete a Counter Terrorism Check (Paid for and obtained by us!)
39. Must be 18 years of age or older
40. Must hold a full, clean driving licence
