As a full-time Care Assistant you will have guaranteed contracted hours. As part of this, it is required that you will be flexible in regard to your hours of work, and you are available to work alternative weekends as well as a minimum of two evening's per week.
Your tasks as a Care Assistant will be based around the following:
1. Providing personal care
2. Prompting medication
3. Assisting with daily living
4. Home help tasks
5. Being a friendly companion to our clients
6. Preparing meals and monitoring clients diets
7. Assisting to appointments
8. Ensuring that clients can remain independent in their own homes

Our Care Assistants provide support that is completely personalised to the individual based on a close bond being formed through shared experiences and interests. Qualifications
You must be a confident driver and happy to drive as part of the role.
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Assistant. What we look for in an ideal candidate is someone who is caring and passionate about making a difference to our clients.
