Working with the Engineering, Lead Engineers, and Certification teams, you will ensure that our products meet the regulatory guidelines and requirements. You will ensure the customer brief is adhered to in accordance with the programme delivery in terms of structural integrity (strength and impact resistance), stiffness, cost and weight.To be successful in this position, you will have/be;A mechanical, aeronautical or related engineering degree (or equivalent)A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the engineering industryAbility to undertake fundamental engineering hand calculations, including determining load cases and stress/stiffness analysisA minimum of 2 years of industrial experience using an FEA systemExperience in working on multiple projects in accordance with the milestones givenExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative ideasDiligent, enthusiastic and driven, with an excellent work ethic and a “can do” attitudeExcellent planning and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure, prioritise and manage conflicting demandsGood personal time management and comfortable working to deadlinesHighly adaptable and capable of making decisions in a fast and pressured environmentCommitted, flexible and able to multi-task.The Parent Company of ACRO Aircraft Seating is Zhejiang Tiancheng Controls Co., Ltd headquartered in China.
