Head of Sales required for a fantastic M&E company with a good basic to £85K + Commission and good package, ideally based around the South London or Sevenoaks, Bromley, Croydon area.

THE ROLE - Head of Sales
* Managing a team of 5-10 Salespeople focused on the projects and service side.
* Coaching and developing the team to identify and close Mechanical and Electrical project work and service contracts.
* Having a hands-on approach to building sales themselves. Building a pipeline of project sales for the company with M&E Contractors / FMs, M&E Consultants, and End Users.
* Chasing projects and getting projects over the line.
THE PERSON - Head of Sales
Essential criteria are:
* Experienced in selling into M&E Contractors or FMs or Commercial End Users e.g. Banks, Hospitals, Universities etc.
* Experience of selling commercial Mechanical or Electrical products, or projects or other specialist services into the above customer base.
* Sales management experience would be great - but if you feel you have the natural ability to lead a team of salespeople - then please apply!
* Good evidence of regularly being able to sell at least £1m of project work.
* Experienced in winning new business.
THE PACKAGE - Head of Sales
* Basic £70K - £85K depending on experience.
* Good commission c£15K uncapped.
* 25 days holiday increasing to 30 with length of service.

LOCATION - Head of Sales
Working from home and covering London and the South East. You should be based within 30 mins of the southern part of the M25. Good locations are: London, Aylesford, Bromley, Croydon, Romford, Guildford, Slough, Sevenoaks.
