Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the website for What on Earth*, Borough Broth, and SpiceBox. The role will be vast and varied, working across multiple brands that share a united vision but have their own distinct identities. A love for organic food and scratch cooking is key, as you will help bring our brands to life through storytelling, photography, and video. We’re seeking someone who is excited to grow with a rapidly expanding company and play a key role in building the marketing team’s future. The role will be based on-site in Greenford, Ealing, London, for 3 days a week, with 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality visual content, including photography, video, and graphics, with a focus on organic food, slow-cooking, and sustainability.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align content with the overall social media strategy for multiple brands.
Write engaging copy for social media posts, newsletters, and website content that reflects each brand's unique voice while maintaining a unified vision across all platforms.
Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and supports marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with content trends and best practices in the organic food and culinary space.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Be excited about growing with the company and taking on more responsibilities as the marketing team expands.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 2+ years of experience in content creation, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and expertise in producing content for social media and digital platforms.
* Passion for organic food, sustainability, and scratch cooking.
* Content Creation, Campaign Development, and Social Media Management skills
* Experience in creating engaging and compelling content
* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
* Understanding of organic food industry trends is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
