Salary: £83.85 - £93 Per Day

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant needed for a range of schools in Southend and surrounding areas.
Can’t do full time…no problem! We are looking for a range of assistants who can help on a full time and part time basis.
This will be an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passionate for working with Primary children. You will help aid in delivering lessons with other teachers and ensuring everyone feels happy and safe in their classroom environment.
Job Duties:
* Support Teachers: Help deliver engaging educational activities!
* Assist Students: Work one-on-one with students on their learning tasks.
* Empower Learners: Provide tailored support for students with additional needs.
* Prepare Resources: Create fun and effective teaching materials. ✂️
* Supervise: Ensure students are safe and engaged during activities and break times. ️
✅ Requirements:
* DBS Check: Valid Disclosure and Barring Service check or willingness to obtain one. ️♂️
* Experience: Previous work in a school or educational setting is a plus!
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to connect with students and staff. ️
* Classroom Management: Knowledge of techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
* Team Player: Collaborate effectively with teachers and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
