Linsco are looking for a site manager to work on a housing site refurbishment scheme in Coventry, CV4.
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of housing services, managing tenant relationships, and leading refurbishment projects to improve and modernise housing units. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in property management, and a proven track record in overseeing refurbishment projects.
Housing Management:
1. Oversee the day-to-day management of the housing portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet all legal and regulatory standards.
2. Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns, disputes, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
3. Ensure occupancy levels are maximised and rent collections are managed effectively, addressing arrears promptly.
Refurbishment Project Management:
1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee refurbishment projects, including the upgrading of housing units and common areas.
2. Work with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure refurbishment projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
3. Ensure all refurbishment work complies with relevant building regulations and health and safety standards.
