About the Role:
As the Interim Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a supported living service. Your role will include:
* Leading and supporting a team of care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
* Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Managing budgets and resources efficiently.
* Building strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies.
Key Requirements:
* Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Experience: Proven leadership experience in health and social care settings.
* Skills: Strong managerial and organisational skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent care.
* License: A full driving license and access to your own car are essential for this role.
