What the Job Involves This temporary role, based on-site in the main Guildhall, Kingston for three days a week, involves maintaining and updating the Statutory Local Land Charges Register, along with handling related searches, enquiries, and inspections. As a Local Land Charges Assistant, you will validate and despatch search replies, liaise with various council departments to ensure accurate responses to enquiries, and maintain comprehensive records of searches and fees. The position also includes administrative tasks such as receipt logging and inspection facilitation. Proficiency in using Idox modules TLC and Uniform is necessary to accomplish these responsibilities effectively.
