Where you'll play
Reporting into the Head of Content for the UK & Ireland Division you will be responsible for maximising the growth our content provides to the brands.
You will be responsible for driving progress towards many of our Slots OKRs, working to compliment the brand roadmaps through securing top titles on an exclusive basis while optimising margin percentage across the brands.
In addition to this, you will lead the Performance & Insights function, constantly assessing the effectiveness of content across our brands and player cohorts. This pivotal role ensures the precise alignment of games with customer preferences, guaranteeing the delivery of tailored gaming experiences to every individual.
How you'll play it
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for content growth aligned with each brand's objectives and needs.
2. Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and content performance to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Measurement: Establish KPIs to measure the success of content growth initiatives. Analyse data and insights to continuously optimise and refine the strategy.
4. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of their best content and features to differentiate our brands.

This is a key leadership position in a critical function serving some of the UKs biggest gaming brands. You'll need demonstratable experience of leading a successful commercial function through a high growth period and a passion for Content and the wider iGaming industry in order to succeed.
The team are based across the 3 UKI locations so this role can be based out of London, Leeds or Dublin.
