Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage potential clients in the beauty salon, spa, and aesthetic clinic markets.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and successfully close deals.
* Work closely with finance partners to arrange leasing options for customers.
* Oversee the installation of devices and organise comprehensive training for clients.
* Offer ongoing support and build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Generate additional sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
* Maintain and update the CRM system to manage your sales pipeline effectively.
* Take ownership of your sales territory to maximise growth and opportunities.
* Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to expand business.
* Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay connected with market trends.
* Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in cold lead generation and developing new client relationships.
* A positive, energetic personality with a genuine interest in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
* Excellent negotiation skills and a persuasive communication style.
* Strong presentation and organisational skills.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and dedicated to achieving excellence.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Proficient in business-level English.
Package:
* Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 base salary with uncapped commission and additional performance bonuses (£90,000 OTE).
* Car Allowance: £550 per month.
