Key Accountabilities
As part of the Reward Operations (RO) team in the UK, your role will be to build a new SAP payroll in accordance with business requirements, policies (e.g. global template) and valid procedures. The role will also need to deliver project work packages that you are responsible for in addition to advising, supporting, proactively informing and training your key stakeholders as required.
Main Responsibilities
1. To ensure interface between functional experts and the other HRIS experts as well as external stakeholders.
2. To understand and analyse detailed business requirements while considering implications of the existing payroll configurations.
3. To analyse impact of evolutions and assess impacts on the consistency of the local and global environments.
4. To decide on the most appropriate technical SAP solution and deliver it.
5. To develop appropriate test scripts to support the successful implementation.
6. To assess the impact of SAP updates and change packages ensuring that the required configuration is updated appropriately.
7. Assist in the configuration and development of various other Payroll projects, applying expertise in payroll/pensions systems to ensure successful implementation.
Key Skills
1. Significant and wide-ranging proven experience in SAP HR specifically in the Payroll domain.
2. Proven experience in SAP ABAP.
3. Proven experience in SAP FICO.
4. Proven experience in delivering complex payroll projects.
5. Have excellent technical skills specifically in the areas of SAP HR, WorkDay & Google Applications.
6. An advanced level in English is required for this position.
