Job Description
Salary: £23,283.00 per annum
Shift: Monday to Friday nights, 22.00-06.00
Key Duties of a Site Supervisor:
1. Be fully aware of and ensure team are fully aware of all Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations displayed at the site and are fully trained in all associated matters e.g. Accident and Emergency procedures.
2. Be aware of and report potential health and safety hazards.
3. Maximise the sales of all products in all retail areas by ensuring that effective merchandising and adequate stock levels are maintained.
4. Ensure that customer service standards are maintained at a high level.
5. Ensure that all Company promotions are run efficiently and successfully and that all P.O.S. is used to the best effect.
6. Ensure equipment is operational and that monitors are in place to minimise disruption to the day-to-day operation of the site.
7. Lead by example and effective supervision in ensuring that an exemplary service is given to every customer on every occasion.
8. Ensure rosters are completed on time and in conjunction with other supervisors and management.
9. Ensure that all accounting procedures are followed at all times.
10. Complete all reasonable additional duties/projects as requested by Management.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience within a supervisory role.
2. Demonstrated ability in people management.
3. Basic food hygiene and health and safety.
4. Ability to work under pressure both as part of a team and on own initiative.
5. Effective communicator who continuously demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
6. Great thoroughness and attention to detail.
