Customer Service Manager / Full time / Permanent / £43,000 - £47,000
My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis. As a Customer Service Manager in this role you will be responsible for managing a large team who provide administration support for customers. You should be confident in communicating and have previous experience in managing a team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain service levels in the department
Manage, train and develop your team and team leaders
Confidently identify training and development needs for individuals in the department
Ensure quality levels are met
Review and improve processes where necessary and update the team accordingly
Manage complaints
Ensure calls are monitored and reviewed regularly
Work to regulatory standards and ensure compliance levels are maintained
Monthly reporting on the department and its performance
Set targets in the department and ensure they are metEssential Skills:
A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
Financial services experience would be preferred
Experienced in managing a team and conducting appraisals/ employee development
Strong communicator with great interpersonal skills
Previous experience in working in a regulated environment would be advantageousPackage:
