Key Requirements:
A solid foundation in HR practices with 2-3 years of hands-on experience within an HR department.
Understanding of legal requirements and HR best practices, ensuring the company complies with all relevant employment laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting HR documents, conducting interviews, handling employee queries, and liaising with managers and employees across all levels of the organisation.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with managers, team members, and external partners to drive HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
A collaborative mindset to work closely with colleagues across departments, ensuring smooth HR operations and the successful implementation of HR strategies.
Support initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and engagement, including regular feedback mechanisms, surveys, and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
