Berry recruitment are currently looking for telemarketers to support one of our prestigious clients.
The role is office based.
We are looking for hybrid workers, Monday - Wednesday in the office based in Birmingham city centre and then Thursday and Friday working from home. Hours of work are 8:30am-4:30pm.
The roles/responsibilities:
1. Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients
2. Answer questions about product specifications
3. Book appointments with relevant prospects
4. Complete data cleansing activities
5. Carry out marketing research into various industries
6. Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various makeups
7. Accurately and efficiently enter prospect details into the company database
Berry recruitment are looking for people with the following skills:
8. Good telephone manner
9. Excellent verbal and inter personnel communication
10. Good quality of English language and grammar
11. Ability to work to targets
12. Time management skills
13. Computer literate with knowledge of MS word, Excel, Outlook and access planning
