Your duties will include:
* Showcase a clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies with a heavy focus on corporate meetings and events.
* Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly
* Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
* Represent the hotel in various events and exhibitions.
* Conduct sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel by clients.
* Provide quick and timely responses to enquiries and develop professional long-term business relationships.
* Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
The successful candidate will have proven success in similar sales-based roles. Experience of developing and managing strong relationships with clients is essential, as well as demonstrating empathy towards customers and colleagues.
