About the Role:
This role would suit an individual who has strong experience within the industry or transferable skills, is a hands on leader and is passionate about leading and taking the marketing team to the next level.
Responsibilities:
* Driving, applying and adapting the brand, product and digital strategy to drive performance, reputation and excellence
* Delivering exceptional leadership of a large and diverse team; fixing a collective goal and elevating performance
* Conceptualising and presenting creative solutions to key stakeholders to engage, inspire and win
* Prioritising market insights and driving this through decision-making to inform innovation strategies
* Driving an agile style direct marketing capability to develop the value proposition and lead generation methodology to feed both inside sales teams and partner sales teams, constantly refining the approach and model to build a successful pipeline of qualified leads and closed business
* Conducting strategic planning sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative
* Successfully managing the Marketing budget to ensure all activity is delivered on time and on budget
* Building a strong marketing team that is motivated and focused on the needs of the customer and business to deliver world-class marketing and communications that achieve results

* A demonstrable, strong track record in ROI and lead generation capabilities
* A minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, ideally within a high-growth environment
