Account Manager
We are delighted to be working with a commercial brokerage and leading supplier of commercial vehicles in the UK who are looking to expand their team by finding its next “sales superstar”.
We are looking for a sales executive who can bring energy and passion to their already successful sales team. Using your excellent relationship building skills and offering clients a “customer experience” rather than a “sales” approach, you will convert pre-qualified leads into customers by finding them a fantastic deal on a new commercial vehicle or car.
Whilst adhering to regulatory compliance standards - you will be responsible for building rapport with the customer from the outset by demonstrating exceptional customer service to determine the best possible solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Using pre-qualified leads, you will contact potential customers to secure the best deal available for their choice of car or commercial vehicle.
* Negotiating terms of sale/agreements and closing sales with customers.
* Accurately update the customer database (CRM) and sales records.
* Responding to customer queries and resolving objections.
* Exceeding monthly sales targets to maximise OTE’s through unit sales and profit margins.
