What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a talent for organisation and communication. While knowledge of Japanese is not essential, it’s a welcome bonus that will make you stand out. What You’ll Do Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling, and document preparation. Keep the office organized by managing supplies, filing, and coordinating with vendors. Support meetings with scheduling, note-taking, and preparing materials. Be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure a welcoming environment. Assist team members with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed. What You Bring Native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
