I am currently recruiting for a well-known company in Milton Keynes, who are looking for a passionate and proactive Internal Service Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the field service managers, manage engineer’s workload and escalate any issues to suppliers when needed.
Key Duties include:
1. Working with the Field Service Manager making sure all aspects of installs and trials are carried out correctly
2. Provide technical support to customers and the wider internal teams
3. Support and schedule engineers
4. Check the correct equipment is on site previous to installation
5. Reporting
6. Liaise with suppliers and manage any issues with lead times
7. Gather all warranty information and process accordingly
8. Process customer spare parts orders
9. Regular check in with engineers and customers
10. To be able to liaise with the Internal Sales Manager and Head of Servicing
Skills & Experience:
11. Worked within a scheduling role previously is a must
12. Able to work collaboratively with the rest of the team
13. Can demonstrate a proactive approach with customers
14. Manage their workload efficiently and in a timely manner
15. Strong analytical skills
16. Can work under pressure
17. Has a good understanding of technical aspects of the role, so having similar industry experience helps

18. Salary - £48,000 to £50,000 depending on experience
