Marketing Coordinator - Part Time

The Advocate Group are partnered with a leading drinks business known for their leading product portfolio and Innovative approach. We are supporting this client on a hire for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Leadership team and grow within a great business!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Marketing Leadership Team.
2. Maintain and manage Marketing VP diaries, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms/software links.
3. Coordinate Marketing VP meetings and conferences, including venue/hotel booking, travel, and catering.
4. Attend meetings, take minutes, track and maintain action items to closure.
5. Create PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets.
6. Prepare and submit multi-currency expense reports.
7. Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring payment of invoices with the finance team.
8. Conduct specific projects and research on behalf of the Marketing Team, managing information flow accurately and timely.
9. Maintain office systems, data management, and electronic filing as needed.
10. Efficiently administer Marketing legal contracts and other documentation.
11. Implement new processes and procedures to streamline work.
