This is a Temp to Perm Role
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients for an experienced HR Coordinator. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERTISE
1. Previous HR administration experience.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines.
4. Excellent communication skills and a customer centric approach.
5. Ability to develop effective relationships and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders.
6. Strong team player that can handle matters confidentially and sensitively.
7. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
8. Solutions orientated, 'can do' mindset with the ability to work at pace, cope with ambiguity, resolve issues and improve processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Essential: A Levels or equivalent Desirable:
Ideally: Level 3 CIPD Qualified
