Job Description: Exclusively partnering with a leading provider of business services, we seek a FP&A Business partner to drive the growth of the UK business. Key responsibilities include ownership of sales & marketing budgeting and forecasting, P&L performance management, and business partnering with commercial directors to drive commercial discipline. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of PQE, fast-paced industry experience, and previous experience in FP&A and or Business Partnering.
* Ownership of the sales & marketing budgeting and forecasting: sales less materials, plus sales headcount and marketing costs.
* P&L performance management: identifying risks and opportunities to the Exec, creating robust plans to optimise sales and marketing effectiveness KPIs.
* Business Partner: the Business Development and Commercial Directors to drive commercial discipline through the sales and marketing to drive the delivery of their targets and optimise profitability through analysis and insight.
* Provide a deep understanding of the profitability of new placements through the commercial organisation to drive machine service sales that drive optimal profitability for the business whilst delivering for the customer.
* Provide insight and analysis on marketing effectiveness to support the further investment in inbound lead generation required to accelerate the growth of the business.
* Production and distribution of monthly insight packs & management presentations.
* Create, refine and automate reporting tools / models / dashboards that provide analysis and insight into KPIs focused on optimising placements, pricing, margins and reducing pulls.
