Salary: £11.45 per hour or £11.65 per hour for people with two years of experience working in care.

We are looking for candidates who are kind, honest, reliable, organised, and good listeners. Experience in a care environment is beneficial but not essential. In this role, you will provide support to adults with learning disabilities and autism with aspects of their daily life such as leisure activities, hobbies, mealtimes, taking medication, washing and dressing, shopping, seeing family, and dealing with money.
The ability to carry out sleep-in shifts will also be required and are paid at £62.64 per night (11pm to 7am).
Location: Sutton Coldfield/Erdington
Hours: Permanent contracts available from 16 to 30 hours per week. Zero-hour contracts are also available. Working times are varied as hours are required to support residents and tenants 24 hours a day. You will work on a rota basis throughout the week, including bank holidays and weekends.
